Currently, we are hiring for one of our partners who are building a tech-enabled supply chain platform that empowers retailers and brands to launch 20–60 minute delivery services within days. The solutions include:

• ML-based SaaS: Demand forecasting, inventory placement, and white-label customer apps.
• Shared Infrastructure: Dark stores and middle-mile logistics.
• Customer Access: Last-mile delivery and marketing ambassadors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team. You will lead 1–2 junior full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with development. Your role will include driving integrations, implementing and customizing systems, and co-defining technical architecture and roadmaps with the CTO. Lead and mentor junior full-stack engineers while being hands-on in development.

Responsibilities

Customize and implement off-the-shelf or paid solutions:

• Warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Order management systems (OMS)
• Last-mile routing systems
• AI-based automation (audio/text/video/image processing)

Drive technical integrations with large-scale B2B clients to ensure rapid go-to-market:

• Develop APIs, data exchange protocols, and integration tools.

• Integrate with existing client or third-party APIs/systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Maps).
• Develop toolkits for standard e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, etc.
• Co-define and enforce technical architecture and best practices with the CTO.
• Co-define the technical roadmap and lead the team to execute it.
• Oversee and maintain technology, data infrastructure, and security.

Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with 3rd party integrations and APIs, including coordination with client/partner engineering teams.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies, Jira/ClickUp, Slack communication, and Git flow.

Preferred (Big Plus)

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics systems.
• Knowledge of Medusa, Magento, Shopify, or similar platforms.

• APM: Datadog, New Relic, etc.
• AI/LLMs: OpenAI APIs, OpenRouter, Hugging Face, etc.
