About the Role

As a Senior or Lead Consultant for SAP Payment Central, you will act as a subject matter expert, applying deep expertise in the solution to design, implement, and optimize its features and functionalities. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless integration into the existing infrastructures of banks and insurers, while driving value through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Payment Central, applying in-depth functional knowledge in client engagements.
• Design and implement tailored configurations that align with business requirements and technical environments.
• Optimize processes supported by SAP Payment Central to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure the smooth integration of the solution into complex IT landscapes within banking and insurance environments.
• Leverage the solution’s features and functionalities to support digital transformation and process innovation.
• Play a key role in both the initial implementation and the ongoing enhancement of SAP Payment Central.

Job Location

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Germany, the UK, or within Europe with occasional travel required.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, delivering digital transformation projects in the banking or insurance sector
• Proven expertise in SAP Payment Central, with a strong track record of successful implementations
• Deep understanding of integration aspects within complex IT infrastructures of financial institutions
• Skilled in optimizing SAP Payment Central functionalities to enhance client efficiency and performance
• Demonstrated contributions to both initial implementations and the ongoing evolution of the solution
• Strong business acumen paired with advanced IT solution design skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly advantageous, especially for candidates based in Germany
