To further strengthen our Legal Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Lawyer (minimum 7 years of experience) to join the team and provide comprehensive legal support to the Group’s different divisions and subsidiaries, both nationally and internationally.

What will your challenges be?

Provide comprehensive legal advice in commercial, corporate, contractual and regulatory law to the companies within the Briolf Group.
Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (commercial, distribution, supply, agency, confidentiality, joint ventures, etc.).
Coordinate corporate structuring, expansion, maintenance and reorganization processes, including M&A transactions and internal reorganizations.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional legal projects, working closely with areas such as Sales, Finance, Operations and People & Culture.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the different jurisdictions where the Group operates.
Manage litigation and legal contingencies, in coordination with external legal advisors.
Act as a key legal point of reference for the Group’s operational divisions.
Coordinate relationships with external advisors, ensuring quality, efficiency and budget control.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Solid experience in international commercial contracting, corporate law and legal project management.
Advanced level of English is essential, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in changing environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Strong business orientation, strategic mindset and practical approach.
High level of autonomy, organization, attention to detail and confidentiality.
