We are seeking a Senior L3 Computer Engineer (m/w/d) for a complex private cloud environment within Everience, who will be responsible for the most demanding technical support and management activities within our client services. The environment consists of a large Dell/VMware private cloud with high requirements in terms of availability, continuity, security and lifecycle management.
The L3 Computer Engineer supports L1/L2, handles complex incidents and problems, prepares non-standard changes and implements them in a controlled manner. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge, strong communication with the team and the client is essential.
