Job Description

My client is doing something truly revolutionary in the online space. With around 30 people, over half of them Ruby on Rails Developers, you will be in good company. Truly Agile (SCRUM) with continuous deployment, collaborative culture and flat management structure means thing get done with minimum red tape.

We are looking for an expert Node.js developer who never compromises on quality of code, is passionate and driven and who thrives on coming up with solutions to difficult problems. You will be working on a large-scale (global) project with a lot of complex variables

The ideal candidate shall posses a willingness to learn new things, a keenness for UX aspects of software and have a dedicated and pragmatic approach to software development and a belief in efficient and simple solutions.

• Commercial experience with Node.js or similar server side technology
• Expertise in JavaScript MVC / MVVM frameworks
• HTML5 through AngularJS, KnockoutJS, Ext JS or similar
• RESTful APIs implementation
• SOAP services
• High performance backend design
• Single page applications
• Systems automation
• Ideally some open source contributions
