Job Summary:

The Senior Java Spring Boot Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot framework. The role includes leading development initiatives, ensuring code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Lead development projects and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with software quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for software architecture, design, and procedures.
• Stay updated on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to recommend improvements and modern practices

Requirements:
Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Java Springboot development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in database design and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud-native development practices.
• Certifications in Java or Spring Framework are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
