Java Development Solutions Development

MUST have previous government experience to be considered for this role.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Advanced experience (hands-on) in programming and analysis, using object-oriented programming languages and concepts specifically Java/J2EE, web applications development technologies: JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Ajax, XML and deployment on Websphere Application Server 6.1 and 7.0
• Development experience with SOA, ESB (Websphere Message Broker/MQ series) and programming experience using WMB Toolkit
• Strong experience on developing with Java Messaging Service (with MQ series), Web services development (JAX-WS and JAX-RPC), SOAP/HTTP
• Strong knowledge and experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 10g/11g
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Demonstrated experience with Unix (Solaris 10g) operating systems, Unix Shell Scripting, Eclipse, IBM RAD or RSA, ANT, WMB Toolkit
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
• Verbal and written communication skills; and Interpersonal skills
• Healthcare industry knowledge, HL7 messaging concepts would be an asset
