Experience - 5+yrs
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills
• React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
• Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data
• REST APIs, Microservices, Swagger/OpenAPI
• SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Banking & Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
• Experience working in Commercial or Institutional Banking.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Understanding of:
• KYC / AML onboarding workflows
• CIB customer lifecycle management
• Risk & compliance processes
• Document verification and approval workflows
• Prior experience with digital onboarding portals or banking platforms is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding security and compliance.
• Proactiveness and ownership in delivering high-quality work.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven success in building secure, enterprise-grade web applications.
