Deine Aufgaben:
• Du entwickelst und konzipierst moderne Microservices in Java – robust, skalierbar und zukunftssicher.
• Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung eines crossfunktionalen Entwickler:innen-Teams.
• Du arbeitest eng mit DevOps, QA und Security zusammen – Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Du bringst frischen Wind in unsere Communities of Practice und förderst den Austausch.
• Du lebst Clean Code, TDD, Pair Programming und CI/CD – und glaubst an „you build it – you run it“.
• Unser Tech Stack• Frontend: Vue.js (TypeScript)
• Backend: Java (Dropwizard)
• Datenbanken: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• Messaging & Suche: Apache Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch
• Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Cypress, Playwright

Dein Profil:
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Java-Entwicklung
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Entwickler:innen
• Leidenschaft für agile Methoden und Lust auf Innovation
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) – du kannst dich klar ausdrücken, auch ohne Buzzwords
• Neugier auf neue Technologien und ein gutes Gespür für sauberen Code
