Hamburg (Hybrid: 1 Tag/Woche im Office) | Vollzeit | ab 3 Jahre Erfahrung

Unser Stammkunde entwickelt IT-Lösungen, die tatsächlich funktionieren – keine Buzzwords, kein Chaos, keine 08/15-Projekte. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Generative KI, modernen Software-Architekturen und pragmatischen Cloud-Strategien.

Wir suchen dich: Einen Java Backend Developer, der Lust hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Cloud & KI nicht nur spannend findet, sondern wirklich mitgestalten will.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Java-Microservices
• Beratung & Umsetzung bei KI-Integration und modernen Software-Architekturen
• Cloud-Migration und -Optimierung (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend, DevOps und KI-Spezialist:innen
• Workshops & Tech Leadership direkt bei Kunden
• Verantwortung von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live

Dein Profil:
• Studium (Informatik, WI) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Java-Backend-Entwicklung / Beratung / Projektarbeit
• Cloud-Know-how (Azure oder AWS)
• Solide Skills in Java, C# oder einer modernen High-Level-Sprache
• Agiles Arbeiten ist für dich Realität, kein Schlagwort
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & gutes Englisch

Nice-to-have:
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Generative AI, ML oder Data Engineering
• Open-Source-Contributions oder eigene Projekte
• Experimentierfreude & Interesse an neuen Technologien
