THE MISSION: THE SYSTEM GUARDIAN
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. We are looking for a proactive technical operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be the first line of defense for our technology, managing everything from complex network troubleshooting to high-level desktop support. You ensure our hardware, software, and VoIP systems operate at their absolute best so the sales mission never stops.
WHAT YOU’LL COMMAND
The Infrastructure: Manage desktop support, network troubleshooting, and application testing with surgical precision.
The Assets: Own the hardware lifecycle from PC builds and printer setups to maintaining a flawless IT asset register.
The Performance: Monitor ISP, SIP, and CRM systems to ensure smooth, high-speed performance across the floor.
The Standard: Manage cabling and hardware installations to maintain a neat, world-class IT environment.
The Intelligence: Conduct daily checks and provide weekly reports on resolutions, keeping leadership ahead of the curve.

The Expert: You have 2+ years of relevant experience and the ability to rebuild a PC from the ground up.

The Specialist: You are proficient in MS Office, networking, backup management, and VoIP systems.
