Senior IT Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Parser, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in top talent. You will be responsible for driving innovative talent attraction strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment process across different geographies, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.

Keep systems and tools up to date and facilitate periodic hiring status reports to stakeholders

Drive a consistent sourcing strategy. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking, relationship building, and proactive sourcing.

Adopt a data-driven approach to ensure an effective decision-making process and improve efficiency.

Create engaging relationships with hiring managers, becoming the SME in the E2E hiring process to enable co-ownership of the hiring agenda.

Provide best-in-class Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure compliance and adherence to relevant geographic labor and employment laws.

Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously improve existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.

Be an ambassador for the Parser mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join Parser.

Support pre-Onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues

Role requirements:

+5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for various tech and data roles either in an agency or in an IT/software company.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.

Proven ability to manage open demand in different countries at the same time.

Exceptional sourcing and assessment skills, deep understanding of talent market trends, and ability to provide with reliable market insights.

Outstanding organization, analytical, and prioritization skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.

Stakeholder Influencer: Confident working with executive teams and hiring managers.

Location

Madrid: The role requires two to three days a week at the office.
