Job Title: Senior IT Support Technician – iGaming
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to lead and elevate our internal IT support operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization while acting as a technical escalation point and mentor for junior support staff.
You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to proactively improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents and problem resolution
Manage and maintain end-user devices (Windows, macOS, mobile devices)
Administer and support identity and access management (Azure AD / Active Directory / SSO)
Support and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Manage SaaS tools and internal systems (e.g. M365, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack)
Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements
Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with Security on endpoint protection, patching, and compliance
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JumpCloud)
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a user-focused mindset
Nice to Have:
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell)
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
