Einleitung:
Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mandanten (ein mittelständisches Handelsunternehmen im Zentrum Hamburgs) einen erfahrenen IT-Projektmanager (gn), um die Planung und Durchführung als auch den Abschluss der internen Projekte voranzutreiben und zu verantworten. Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid zu arbeiten (40%) sowie am schönen und modernen Standort in der Hamburger Innenstadt.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Planung, Durchführung und Abschluss von IT-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
• Verantwortung für das Anforderungs- und Änderungsmanagement
• Anleitung und Steuerung der Projektteams
• Koordination und Steuerung der beteiligten Dienstleister
• Organisation des Testmanagements und Durchführung der Erfolgskontrolle
• Projektsteuerung, Reporting und Dokumentation, um die Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen
• Übergabe der Lösungen in den Regelbetrieb
• Unterstützung Ihrer Kolleginnen und Kollegen als Ansprech- und Sparringspartner bei schwierigeren und komplexeren Fragestellungen

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Jahrelange Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Handel oder E-Commerce
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Omnichannel-Prozessen und Technologien
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und klassischen Projektmanagement-Ansätzen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte
• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, analytisches Denken und Kundenorientierung
• Zertifizierungen wie PMI, IPMA oder vergleichbare sind von Vorteil, aber kein Must-Have
