Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a big project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes

What you will bring:
Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with project management tools and software Experience with project budget tracking and resource utilization Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Salary range: € 3760 - 6600 gross / month
