We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of moderately to highly complex IT projects, primarily for key customers and public sector engagements. Main Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver complex, high-risk IT projects across multiple customers
• Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, communications & procurement)
• Track progress, manage changes, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with project baselines
• Monitor financial performance (revenue, cost, profitability) and support accurate revenue recognition & invoicing (IAS)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Actively manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Perform root cause analysis, quality reviews, and participate in ISO audits
• Apply and improve project management standards, tools, and best practices
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on project management topics when needed
What we are looking for:
• University degree (preferably in IT or Engineering)
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT / High-Tech sector
• Proven experience delivering public sector projects
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
• Excellent project, time management, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Greek & English (spoken and written)
