• Develop and execute project plans for Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and IT security strategies
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while overseeing the implementation and integration of PAM tools within existing IT infrastructure
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations for PAM projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify privileged access requirements and implement appropriate solutions
• Provide leadership to project team members and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and change requests
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in IT security and PAM

• 10 years of IT project management experience focusing on security and access management
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and best practices; experience with specific PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) is highly desirable
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL certification
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and understanding of IT security principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
