Senior IT Officer – (Ref SITO/2013/01).

Our client, a reputable Oil and Gas Service company, with operational offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos, seeks to recruit suitable professional for the following roles:

• Responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and architecture of the organization.
• Oversee both hard wares and software requirements of the organization in the area of website and web mail server management, networking internet access and data backups, troubleshooting hardware, software and general network issues.
• Conduct technology training for new user/ member of staff.
• Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users/staff to enhance system productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hard ware and software.
• Complete special project as requested

• Must have a degree in computer Technology or related filed, necessary professional certification (both hardware and software) is a must have.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field managing IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Must have the ability to patronize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required.
• Must have demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and computer.
• Must have a sense of urgency and commitment to timely completion of projects.
• Must have attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
