We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead two concurrent initiatives:

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Implementation for OT & IT

• Wearables & Hardware Token Integration for Shopfloor Authentication

This role involves managing the delivery of both projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, alignment with IT security standards, and integration into existing infrastructure and identity platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with multi-site and cross-functional teams, overseeing everything from planning to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for IT/OT infrastructure, PKI, and wearable/token initiatives
• Coordinate project delivery across departments: Engineering, QC, IT, Security, and external vendors
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and change control
• Ensure alignment with IT Security and Pharma compliance (e.g., GxP, FDA)

Project-Specific Scope

PKI for OT & IT (50%)

• Finalize enterprise-wide PKI automation
• Integrate ServiceNow, KeyOn, and AppViewX for full certificate lifecycle management
• Roll out certificate monitoring and CMDB integration
• Implement secure code signing tooling
• Deliver documentation (SOPs, BSDS, IQ, URS)
• Ensure BAU handover to IAM Managed Services

Wearables & Hardware Tokens (50%)

• Assess current shopfloor systems for wearable integration
• Define a standard wearable authentication model
• Plan rollout of hardware tokens compatible with Azure AD/Entra ID & Entra ID B2C
• Implement token lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, etc.)

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure project management
• Strong grasp of PKI/certificate management principles
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks, especially wearable authentication and Azure AD/Entra ID
• Pharma industry experience with GxP-compliant systems and validation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
• Experience with ServiceNow, KeyOn, AppViewX, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and data center infrastructure
• Comfortable navigating cross-site and global project delivery
• Understanding of secure authentication models, tokens, and shopfloor tech constraints
