Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for implementing, and managing IT infrastructure across the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring operational efficiency, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will also act as a key escalation point for Level 2 support and contribute to global collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

Microsoft Ecosystem Management

• Implement, and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
• Manage and Track Microsoft License and MS Partner benefits.

Endpoint & Security Management

• Oversee and optimize Endpoint Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA.

IT Operations & Support

• Operation support for On-premises service (Network devices, Servers, Storage…)
• Provide Level 2 support, coordinating with the Helpdesk team on escalated issues.
• Support multi-platform environments: Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Manage IT operations tasks following ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Documentation & Compliance

• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and international compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, with at least 1 years working with Microsoft technologies.

3. Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure AD, Office 365, Azure Cloud.
• Endpoint Security and DLP solutions.
• Cross-platform OS administration (Windows, macOS, Linux).

4. Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA, ITIL frameworks.

5. Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.

6. English communication skills sufficient to collaborate as a Global company.

Nice to Have:

1. Relevant certifications such as: Microsoft Certified (AZ-104, SC-300, MS-102), ITIL Foundation, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CompTIA Security+.

2. Experience working in enterprise-scale environments or organizations with international compliance requirements.
