Currently we are helping our client to find Senior BAs for 3 different projects:

1. Claim Center - with responsibility of preparing analysis of the Claim Center functionalities like FNOL, exposure/reserve creation, integration with external systems to exchange information about required services, analysis related to documents production, claim payments.

2. Billing Center - with responsibility of preparing analysis based on gathered requirements for such key business process like: invoicing, agency/direct bill, payment allocation, delinquency, refunds, account billing, integration with payment providers, integration with General ledger, integration with documents production system, multicurrency.

3. Policy Center - with responsibility of preparing analysis related to such topics like: product model in APD, sales path in submission process, UW issues, rating, policy issuance, post sales transaction like MTA, renewal, rewrite, cancellation, work with customer contacts and accounts, integration with internal and external systems (rating, documents production, digital frontends), work with organisations, groups, users, roles and permission, tasks and activities.

Planned start: February

Freelance assignment: full-time, ~12 months project (with possible prolongation), B2B contract.

Salary brackets: 120 - 140 pln/h

Location: Europe

Requirements:
You need to have:

• Strong, at least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, BPMN modeling, etc.
• Experience as BA in Guidewire CC/BC/PC implementation project (on-prem or cloud).
• Experience in claims data migration.
• Experience in integration with internal and external systems.
• Experience in FNOL, reserves and exposure analysis and implementation.
• Experience in backlog preparation, prioritizing requirements, give recommendation what is available OOTB and what is customization.
• Ability to map business processes and translate technical language into business language.
• Ability to create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
• Experience working with stakeholders - gathering requirements, defining KPIs, preparing case studies and business cases.
• Fluent English (B2/C1+) language skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Guidewire certification.
