Senior IT Analyst (.Net)

• The Candidate will be responsible to ensure all the assigned applications systems remain in good working order.
• The Candidate is expected to take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
• The Candidate will respond to production emergencies in a timely manner based on Service Levels . This includes bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds.

• The Candidate is expected to diligently perform routine checks and to escalate to the Manager should any anomaly be detected. The Candidate should show the initiative to alert and troubleshoot together with other system engineers, database administrator (DBA) and outsourced vendors.
• The Candidate is expected to follow through every issue / problem to closure, and complete the necessary documentation
• The Candidate will assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
• The Candidate is expected to interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.

• The Candidate may be expected to be on standby support on weekends / public holidays. In the event of scheduled downtime or during a crash, the Candidate is required to be in office during off-office-hours to support the systems

• Besides application support, the Candidate is also expected to make some code changes/ enhancements that arise from service requests.

Requirements:
The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

The Candidate shall have at least EIGHT (8) years of working experience in the IT or Infocom industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Prior experiences in implementing projects in Singapore is preferred.

The Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of experiences and be proficient in designing, developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET and front-end technologies, specifically ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.

The Candidate shall have at least ONE (1) year of experience and be proficient in ServiceOriented-Architecture (SOA), including experience in developing applications and integration using web services in C# .NET with REST, WSDL, XML and JSON based web services.

The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) years of experience in developing andimplementing REST APIs.

The Candidate shall have at least FOUR (4) years of working experience with MS-SQL Server relational database and be proficient in writing optimized SQL queries/stored procedures/triggers/functions.

The Candidate shall have ONE (1) year of experience with container technology like Docker, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.

The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) years of experience in designing, developing applications using AWS cloud Services. The Candidate shall hold a relevant AWS certification, such as the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) or equivalent.

The Candidate shall have ONE (1) year of experience in managing, creating CI/CD pipeline.

The Candidate with development experience using AWS Workspace is preferred.

The Candidate with work experience of implementing REST API using products like KONG, Salesforce, Mulesoft is preferred.

The Candidate with experiences of using CI/CD tool (SHIP- HATS) from GovTech Tech Stack is preferred.

The Candidate with experiences in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI (GenAI) is preferred
