How you'll make an impact:

The Senior IT Administrator is a subject matter expert responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced management of M365 and enterprise SaaS services. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with high-level troubleshooting to ensure the seamless integration of identity systems, productivity suites, and device management solutions. In collaboration with leadership, they drive the technical maturity of the organization’s internal systems, serving as the top-tier escalation point for complex service issues and SaaS optimizations.

What you'll do::
• Designing and managing Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace environments, including conditional access and identity lifecycle automation.
• Evaluating and implementing secure SaaS integrations and API-based automations between core business applications like Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce.
• Overseeing Microsoft Intune (MDM) for global device enrollment, configuration profiles, and automated application deployment.
• Managing enterprise security baselines, patch management, and compliance reporting across Windows and macOS fleets.
• Configuring and troubleshooting office network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Maintaining office collaboration technology, including Zoom Rooms and integrated AV hardware.
• Developing PowerShell or Python scripts to automate M365 operations and routine SaaS maintenance tasks.
• Serving as the primary technical liaison for vendors and owning the execution of specialized IT productivity projects.

What you'll bring::
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD, Google Workspace).
• Proven experience with Microsoft device management solutions (Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
• Relevant certifications beneficial (Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
