We are seeking an experienced ISIS-Papyrus Developer to design, develop, and maintain document-driven solutions using the ISIS-Papyrus platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of document template creation, business workflow orchestration, and system integration. The role involves hands-on development using Papyrus Designer and Business Designer, along with basic system administration on Linux and integration with CRM/ERP systems. You will also support version upgrades, production monitoring, and process automation.

Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ISIS-Papyrus
Design and implement dynamic document templates, workflows, and business rules
Implementing via business designer automated workflows for document generation and delivery
Integrate output processes with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, archives)
Optimize multi-channel output (print, e-mail, digital archives)
Perform testing (unit, system integration, UAT) and ensure solution quality
Maintaining system performance and resolving operational issues
Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and maintenance
Produce technical documentation and user guides (e.g. blue-print, security concept, interface documentation, user manuals/guidance, etc.)
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and clarify document and output requirements
Develop complex document templates using ISIS-Papyrus Designer, including dynamic layout rules, multi-language support, variable content handling, tables, sections, and data mapping from structured input formats (XML, JSON, etc.)
Configure and implement automated document processing workflows using Papyrus Business Designer, managing lifecycle states, business rules, error handling, user tasks, and external system interactions
Integrate Papyrus-based solutions with internal systems (CRM, ERP, DMS)
Conduct testing and participate in defect resolution
Support production environments and manage issue tickets
Document technical specifications and update solution knowledge base including legacy implementation
Perform light system administration on RedHat Linux environments including service management, log analysis, SSL certificate handling, user permissions, and scheduled job automation (via Bash scripting)
Participate in monitoring setup and alert configuration to ensure high availability of Papyrus services
Requirements
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar work experience
Proven working experience with ISIS-Papyrus development tools (traditional Designer, Business Designer workflows, PDF-IN, PQL scripting, REST-Interface)
Concept knowledge on Oracle Database
Good knowledge and practical experience in solution design and system integration
Good experience in working and navigation in a multi-national, global organization
Pro-active thinking and knowledge sharing
Team player / spirit
Good skills in Traditional and Agile project management methodologies and corresponding toolset
Good communication skills explicitly towards internal teams but also towards software vendor
Excellent English language skills
Nice to have
Papyrus certifications (e.g., Papyrus Designer, Business Designer, PQL, Output Management)
Knowledge on (RedHat) Linux, scripting languages on Linux
Experience in release upgrades of ISIS-Papyrus
Knowledge of (PL)SQL and the workload automation tool AWA
Experience with DevOps tools like: Bitbucket, Gitlab, Octopus, Nexus, Harbor, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
