Your Role:

We’re seeking a Senior iOS Engineer with deep expertise in Swift to join our Engineering Team and take a lead role in shaping the future of our instadriver app. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about crafting scalable, user-centric mobile experiences and driving technical excellence in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will not only contribute to hands-on development but also influence architectural decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class mobile solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the instadriver iOS application, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver impactful features that elevate the driver experience.
• Champion clean, maintainable code and best practices in mobile development through code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests to ensure quality, reliability, and regression-free releases.
• Actively contribute to architectural discussions and long-term mobile strategy, helping to shape the direction of our mobile platform.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development, with advanced proficiency in Swift.
• Proven track record in shipping and scaling high-quality iOS applications, ideally in cross-functional, product-focused teams.
• Strong grasp of the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and support.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization techniques.
• A user-first approach and keen eye for design, UX, and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to mentor, guide, and inspire others.
