Senior Mobile Developer (iOS/Swift)
Location: Colombia, fully remote

About the Role
As a Senior Mobile Developer (iOS/Swift), you’ll design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver reliable, performant mobile experiences that support product goals and elevate the end-user experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain Swift-based iOS applications
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to implement and refine features
• Ensure app performance, stability, and usability across iOS devices and OS versions
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering best practices and code quality
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout development and QA cycles
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions for scalable mobile solutions
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests (XCTest or similar) to ensure feature reliability
• Integrate mobile apps with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and support offline-first experiences
• Support App Store releases and CI/CD workflows for consistent delivery
• Stay current with the iOS ecosystem and introduce relevant improvements to the codebase
• Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of relevant mobile engineering experience, with strong iOS delivery ownership
• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS development best practices
• Solid knowledge of iOS frameworks including UIKit, SwiftUI, and Core Data
• Experience with architecture patterns such as MVC and MVVM (Clean Architecture is a plus)
• Hands-on experience building offline-capable iOS applications
• API integration experience with REST and/or GraphQL
• Testing experience with XCTest (unit and UI testing)
• Performance profiling/debugging skills using tools such as Instruments
• Familiarity with App Store release processes and CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of mobile security (secure storage, authentication, and common iOS security practices)
• Comfort with DevOps fundamentals related to version control, deployment pipelines, and release management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments; able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentorship mindset, supporting and guiding junior engineers when needed
