Senior Inverter Costing Engineer

Position Value

Responsibilities and duties

1.Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements

2.Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters

3.Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost

4.Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

1.Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards

Requirements:
Qualifications and skills

1.More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Inverter & Technologies like PCB, PCBA, Power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC modules), DC Link Capacitor, Gate Drivers, Casting, forging, machining, Stamping, Injection molding, Assembly in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;

2.Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;

3.Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;

4.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;

5.Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;

6.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

7.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit;
