Your Tasks:
• You take ownership of inventory planning, with a focus on power tools assortment, balancing availability, inventory health, and commercial priorities.
• You identify, evaluate, and execute opportunistic supply opportunities, assessing impact on margin, stock risk, and short- to mid-term demand coverage.
• You manage strategic and non-standard purchasing decisions outside of regular replenishment flows, ensuring alignment with inventory targets and business priorities.
• You continuously analyze sales performance, stock levels, and market dynamics to optimize ordering strategies and replenishment policies.
• You actively drive continuous improvement, strengthening planning processes, improving decision frameworks, and helping standardize best practices across inventory management.
• You work closely with Category Management, Operations, and Analytics to align inventory decisions with commercial goals and operational feasibility.
• You create clear analyses and recommendations that enable fast, well-informed decisions by stakeholders.


Your Profile:
• You have 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a comparable analytical role, ideally with exposure to complex assortments or fast-moving environments.
• You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring strong analytical capabilities and are confident working with data and planning tools (advanced Excel required; SQL strongly preferred; experience with Python or R is a plus).
• You have a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to assess opportunities, weigh trade-offs, and make sound decisions in non-standard situations.
• You communicate clearly and in a structured way, enabling effective collaboration with Category Management, Operations, and Analytics.
• You are fluent in English and German is a plus.
