Job Description
• Lead and supervise daily inventory control operations to ensure stock accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage all stock movements, transactions, and adjustments in SAP (WM & IM).
• Plan and conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and annual physical stock takes.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including stock accuracy, aging, space utilization, and pallet consolidation.
• Monitor aging stock and coordinate SLOC transfers or stock movements with relevant teams.
• Analyze warehouse space utilization and implement storage optimization and pallet consolidation plans.
• Track inventory KPIs and provide regular insights and reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory procedures, documentation, and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and mandatory training programs.
• Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders on inventory-related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in aging stock analysis, SLOC transfers, and storage optimization projects.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
