Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:

Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards

Provides lesson plans, presentations, curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)

Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products

Develops, maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government

Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

Team Lead. You must meet the minimum requirements:

Qualifications as listed below, plus:

4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination

Experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability

Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences

Intelligence Solutions Integrator. You must meet the minimum requirements:

Master’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years.

Bachelors degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR an Associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline

At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

At least 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years

4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery

4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination

Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences

Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements

Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology

Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks

In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings

Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight

Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products

Knowledgeable in the conduct of intelligence operations and battalion, brigade, and division level intelligence operations and production cycles
