What You Will Be Doing:

We are hiring a Senior Integration Technician to assemble Helion's fusion generators and subscale plasma devices. You will help develop hardware, lead full-scale builds, and coach fellow technicians on the Production Team. You will report directly to one of our Production Supervisors at our Everett, WA office.

You Will:

• Collaborate with a versatile team to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical components

• Integrate electromechanical components and systems to the fusion generator's primary structure

• Design and fabricate fixtures to aid in the assembly of electromechanical components

• Coach technicians, developing their technical skills

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the entire production process

• Be able to squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 20lbs

• Read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and reports to accomplish our goals

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician focused on rapid prototyping and iteration

• Experience operating heavy-duty machinery (forklift, boom/scissor lift, bridge crane, etc.) and using light fabrication tools (power tools, mills, lathes, etc.)

• Experience with high-voltage systems or vacuum systems

• Experience designing parts/fixtures in CAD software

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. This is a non-exempt hourly role.

Hourly Pay Rate
$33—$52 USD
