Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with proven experience in third-party integrations and payment gateway connections. This is a non-core banking role, focusing on connecting banking services to external partners, platforms, and financial services through secure, scalable integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs, middleware solutions, and integration platforms in banking or payment processing environments.

The role is hybrid — 4 days in the office in New Cairo.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for third-party systems and payment gateways.
• Work closely with solution architects to ensure integrations align with business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and message-based integrations (MQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Ensure security, scalability, and high performance in all integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Maintain documentation for integration flows, technical specifications, and configurations.
• Implement best practices for secure financial transactions and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:
• Experience: 4–6 years in system integration, with strong exposure to financial services.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience with payment gateway integrations and third-party API services.
• Technical Skills:
• API design and development (REST/SOAP)
• Middleware tools (e.g., IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar)
• Messaging systems (MQ, Kafka, JMS)
• JSON, XML, and integration patterns
• Security standards (OAuth, SSL/TLS, encryption)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite in New Cairo.
