You are the strategic mastermind behind the digital connectivity of our enterprise clients. As a Senior Integration Consultant, you don't just build interfaces; you define the integration architecture for massive automotive and financial ecosystems. You operate at the highest level of technical complexity, ensuring that "Miles" serves as the beating heart of a connected landscape. In this high-impact role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a technical authority, a trusted advisor to client CIOs, and a mentor who elevates the entire integration practice within Sofico.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You take full architectural ownership of large-scale integration projects, designing resilient, high-volume data exchange ecosystems

• You act as a strategic advisor to our clients' IT leadership, guiding them through complex decisions regarding API strategies and system decoupling

• You define and enforce integration best practices and standards, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple projects

• You serve as the ultimate escalation point for the most critical and complex technical challenges, solving problems others cannot

• You lead and mentor a team of integration consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation

• You collaborate directly with our R&D department to shape the future of our core integration framework based on real-world enterprise needs

Your skills and interests:

• You have an extensive track record in software architecture and system integration, ideally within the financial or automotive sector

• You possess mastery of integration patterns (e.g., SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture) and technologies (Java, REST, SOAP, Kafka, Camel)

• You are driven by the challenge of orchestrating complex IT landscapes and have a vision for how modern systems should communicate

• You have proven experience in technical leadership, enjoying the role of a mentor and knowledge multiplier

• You communicate with authority and clarity, capable of convincing C-level stakeholders of your technical vision

• You are fluent in German and English and thrive in a role where you can set the direction rather than just following the path
