The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Acturis’ growth in Canada. You will work closely with senior leadership, product, development, and solutions teams to identify, introduce, and convert prospects, particularly major accounts, and to build long‑term, high‑value client relationships.
You will also support the development and management of a growing team of Sales Managers as we expand across Canada.
You’ll be the person who can confidently walk into a room and understand what matters to the client. This role is ideal for a consultative and target‑driven sales leader who understands the insurance landscape and can navigate complex enterprise deals.
Base Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
