業務のスコープ

• ビジネスパートナーおよびクライアントに対してUiPathオンプレミス製品（UiPath Automation Suite、Orchestrator）とクラウドサービスのインシデント対応と技術問題に対するサポートを行う

• サポート時間は月曜日から金曜日までの午前8時から午後8時（シフト制）、土日・祝日の勤務に就いた場合は代休を取得

• クライアントで発生したインシデントに対し問題発生メカニズムの仮説をたて、解決に向けたアプローチについて社内各部署の関係者との合意形成をリードし、クライアントに対し最適なソリューションを提供する

• UiPath製品に関する技術検証

• UiPath製品のオンボーディングに関する相談対応

• サポート業務の自動化を支えるAIエージェント・ロボットの開発および運用

• 外部公開向けナレッジベース記事の執筆

• 海外の開発部門およびテクニカルサポート部門との問題事象および解決策についての協議

• テクニカルサポート全体についての業務企画、設計およびサービスの提供

求められるスキル・経験

• Linux 環境でのトラブルシューティング経験（例：journalctl, systemctl, dmesg, kubectl などの利用経験）

• Azure / AWS / GCP 上でのシステム構築・運用経験

• Kubernetes クラスタおよびコンテナ技術（Docker 等）に関する知識・運用経験、AWS（EKS）またはAzure（AKS）のマネージドKubernetesサービスの経験

• TLS 証明書、ロードバランサー、DNS、プロキシ、ファイアウォールなどのネットワーク関連トラブルの調査経験

• Elasticsearch、Redis 等の分散システムに関する基礎知識

• Sysinternals や Windows イベントログを用いたアプリケーション／プロセス解析経験

• ソフトウェア製品のサポートまたは開発経験（C# / .NET / Java / Python 等）

• lSaaS またはオンプレミス製品のサポート経験（クラウドおよびオンプレのハイブリッド構成含む）

• お客様・グローバルチームと円滑にコミュニケーションできる英語力（ビジネスレベル）および日本語力（ネイティブレベル）

• 情報工学、計算機科学、またはそれに類する分野の学士号

歓迎する経験／スキル

• ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, PowerDNS, Nginx, または Redis Enterprise の運用経験

• UiPath製品：Automation Suite / Orchestrator / AI Center / Action Center 等に関する理解（もしくは同等のエンタープライズソフトウェアの経験）

• Red Hat OpenShift環境での運用経験

• クラウドリソースのプロビジョニングと管理（Terraform、CloudFormationなど）

• Microsoft SQL Server の管理経験

• Shell, PowerShell, または Python によるスクリプト作成スキル

• トラブルシューティング文書化・ナレッジ共有の経験
