About The Role

We are seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to lead cloud infrastructure management (Alibaba Cloud/AWS), deploying/configuring services like Kubernetes, RDS, and Kafka. Design secure network architectures (VPC/VPN), automate workflows via IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible), and build CI/CD pipelines to enhance system reliability. Troubleshoot operational issues, optimize stability, and drive Infrastructure as Code practices. Expertise in scripting (Bash/Python) and proactive problem-solving in cross-team collaboration are critical.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud and AWS, responsible for the deployment, configuration and expansion of various services (such as K8s, RDS, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, etc.);
• Design and configure cloud networks (VPC) to ensure smooth communication between different VPCs;
• Configure and manage VPN to ensure the security of remote access and data transmission;
• Provide infrastructure technical support to each business team and solve operation and maintenance problems;
• Write automation scripts (such as Bash and Python) to improve the efficiency of deployment and operation processes;
• Design and implement automated operation and maintenance systems, including automatic fault recovery, resource expansion and contraction, log collection and analysis, alarm notification, configuration management, etc., to improve operation and maintenance efficiency and system reliability;
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (such as Terraform and Ansible) to automate the management of cloud resources and achieve environmental consistency;
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve system release efficiency and quality;
• Continuously monitor and optimize the system to ensure the stability and security of the production environment.

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience as an infrastructure/operation engineer, familiar with mainstream cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS);
• Hold CCNA certification or have equivalent networking knowledge and experience;
• Proficient in Linux operating system and Bash/Python scripting;
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and related tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab);
• Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker containerization technologies;
• Familiar with the configuration and maintenance of MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka and other middleware in cloud environments;
• Proficiency in VPC design, network security strategies and VPN configuration;
• Have practical experience in automated operation and maintenance projects, and be familiar with commonly used operation and maintenance tool chains (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Zabbix, Consul, etc.);
• Familiar with DevOps concepts and capable of solving common operation and maintenance pain points through automation;
