Job Functions
• Strategic Development & Execution
• Design and implement data-driven multichannel strategies aligned with business and consumer needs.
• Define optimal formats and channels for each campaign to maximize impact.
• Ensure brand objectives align across L’Oréal divisions while identifying synergies.
• Collaboration & Integration
• Bridge data, creative, and execution teams for cohesive campaign planning.
• Align strategies with account managers and brand priorities.
• Work with influencer, creative, and media teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Data-Driven Optimization
• Leverage analytics to inform strategies and measure performance.
• Continuously refine campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.
