About the postion

Experlogix is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Implementation consultant CPQ.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Focus

Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations.

Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs.

Create user stories and estimates.

Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Operational & Strategic

Identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success.

Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements.

Leadership & Team Development

Coach, mentor, and support other team members.

Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and accountability.

Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative.

What You Bring

5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations.

In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP).

Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous learning.

English (C1) and German (C2) language advanced level required.

Preferred

Dutch language skills.
