We are looking for a Senior IBM DataPower Administrator to join our expert team. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced administration and operational support for IBM DataPower appliances and ensure robust API management and integration across enterprise applications. Your contributions will be instrumental in designing best practices and handling complex configurations while ensuring security and performance.

Requirements:
• Install, configure, and administer IBM DataPower Gateway environments (physical, virtual, containerized).
• Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage domains and services across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD.
• Implement enterprise security controls including TLS, mTLS, OAuth2, JWT, LDAP, and SAML.
• Manage certificates, keystores, truststores, and HSM integrations.
• Design and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.
• Support REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration protocols.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead root cause analysis.
• Automate deployments using scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior administrators and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataPower Gateway.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers).
• Deep understanding of security protocols and API security.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with containers, OpenShift, and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• IBM Certified Administrator – DataPower Gateway.
• IBM Integration Suite / API Connect certifications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
