Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior IBM App Connect Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on integration experience, preferably in the banking and financial services sector. This non-core banking role focuses on building and managing integration flows between banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications using IBM App Connect Enterprise v12.0. The ideal candidate will be IBM Certified and have a proven track record in developing secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.

The role is hybrid — 4 days in the office in New Cairo.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise v12.0.
• Integrate the bank’s systems with multiple third-party payment gateways to ensure secure and efficient transaction processing.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and message queuing (MQ) services for data exchange.
• Optimize integration solutions for high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement secure integration practices in compliance with banking industry standards (OAuth, SSL/TLS, encryption).
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and workflows for all integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing long-term fixes and enhancements.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• IBM Certified Developer – App Connect Enterprise v12.0 (mandatory).
• Proven experience in banking integrations, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
• Proficiency in API design (REST/SOAP), MQ messaging, and hybrid/cloud integration deployments.
• Strong understanding of security standards and compliance in financial services integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
