About the Role

We have opportunities for senior Mechanical Engineers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work on diverse international projects ranging from large-scale master plans to individual buildings. We pride ourselves on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects with economic and social integrity.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality designs, maintaining client briefs, conducting thorough research into design briefs and subject matter and producing sketches and diagrams to communicate design options effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality design work in line with Omrania’s philosophy
• Ownership and responsibility for maintaining the client brief
• Thorough research into the design brief and subject matter
• Produce options and diagrams to effectively communicate the design options opportunities challenges that clients need to be aware of
• Deliver designs effectively in a timely manner
• Mentor junior members of the staff

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
• Minimum of 6 years professional experience
• Design-focused producing design solutions on your own or under guidance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication presentation skills
• Strong modelling and post-production skills
• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3ds Max
• Experience within a tier one Engineering practice working on international projects ideally gained in the Middle East would be highly beneficial
