What you will do:
• During a Maternity Coverage (May- December 2026), act as the main EMEA point of reference for HR and to the US HR Leadership Team
• Support the employee lifecycle by working collaboratively with HR Team functions and systems to support Onboarding, Off boarding, Global Mobility, Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement and Experience
• Build HR reports and analytics for HR management to understand workforce dynamics and make informed decisions.
• Work with legal counsel and HR management to create policies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and industry standards across EMEA countries
• Collaborate with the global compensation and benefits team to ensure the accurate administration of compensation, payroll and benefits programs.
• Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
• Manage an international HR Team

What you will bring with you:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as Senior HRBP or similar role, exposure to EMEA regions.
• Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and applications.
• We require fluency in English, and we consider knowledge of other languages spoken in the EMEA region.
• 4+ years of experience working in an HRBP and 1+ year of experience as people manager
