To strengthen our Business Unit Platform Operations in the Engagement-to-Sales area, we are looking for a

(Senior) HubSpot Admin – CMS (m/f/d)

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract)

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HubSpot administration, including our website landscape as the first touchpoint and the following lifecycle stage

• Manage and further develop the HubSpot CMS, including landing page creation, template maintenance, and forms

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and HubSpot system automation workflows

• Collaborate closely with Marketing Content-, E-Mail-, Lead Management and Data teams to improve customer journeys and processes end-to-end

• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth HubSpot CMS adoption company‑wide
