Are you a highly analytical HR technology expert who thrives at the intersection of data integrity and business strategy? We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a vital technical lead and consultative partner within Nielsen’s global HR landscape. In this role, you won’t just manage a system; you will collaborate directly with our People Organization (HR) Centers of Excellence (COEs) to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.

As a key player reporting to the HRIS and Operations Leader, you will oversee the health of our SuccessFactors ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. We are seeking a professional who pairs an "eagle eye" for detail with the executive presence to advise stakeholders on best practices. What You'll Do:

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be a lead architect and consultant within our HR technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consultative Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary HRIS consultant to our People Organization Centers of Excellence (COEs). You will proactively partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide expert guidance on system capabilities, and design scalable solutions that align with global HR strategies.

• Core System Architecture & Governance: Lead the administration and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a specific focus on maintaining and auditing Foundation Tables, Job Architecture, and Organizational Structures to ensure global data consistency.

• End-to-End Module Management: Drive the technical execution of key HR cycles, including Global Compensation and Payroll integrations, ensuring system readiness, accurate data flow, and seamless user experiences.

• Strategic Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide high-level reporting that supports data-driven decision-making for executive leadership and COE partners.

• Project Leadership & UAT: Lead technical projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new modules, upgrades, or process enhancements.

• Global Technical Support & Training: Provide "Tier 2" expert-level troubleshooting for complex system issues. Develop and deliver comprehensive training and documentation in professional-grade English for HR staff and global system users.

• Compliance & Data Privacy: Act as a steward for data integrity and security, ensuring all HRIS processes and configurations comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual with:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2–4 years of valuable work experience in a relevant field (including internships).

• SuccessFactors Expertise: Must be proficient with SuccessFactors; SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, or Recruiting) are highly preferred.

• Technical Stack: Strong knowledge of Google Suite, SAP GUI, and ServiceNow is highly preferred.

• Global Communication & English Proficiency: Must possess advanced professional proficiency in both written and verbal English. You must be able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead consultative discussions with global COE partners.

• Problem Solving: Proven ability to perform "Root Cause Analysis" (RCA) rather than just fixing surface-level symptoms.

• Project Management: Experience leading small-to-medium-sized technical projects from requirements gathering through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Exceptional Organizational & Analytical Acumen: Possesses superior organizational skills, an eagle eye for detail, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent time management with the flexibility to manage multiple projects.

• Proactive & Adaptable Work Ethic: Thrives independently in fast-paced environments, demonstrates a keen sense of urgency, and is available across a majority of US time zones.

• Strong Professional & Collaborative Communicator: Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, strong business acumen, high professionalism, a proactive and engaging team player mindset, a strong customer service orientation, and unwavering integrity.
