About the role
As Senior HR Operations & People Support, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and people-centered employee experience at Eneve. You are the operational backbone of our People function, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving how we work. In this role, you combine accuracy and structure with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. You enjoy bringing clarity to processes, managing details with care, and collaborating across teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Eneve continues to grow internationally, your work helps create consistency, transparency, and a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with People, Finance, and team leads, and you’ll have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
What you’ll do
• Support the employee cycle from onboarding through offboarding: Manage employment contracts, benefits documentation, and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
• Payroll support: Validate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for timely salary payments
• Absency: Support long-term absence files and deliver documents on time.
• Process improvement & innovation: Think actively and take the initiative to improve the employee experience. Manage and improve processes, communicate across the organisation.
• Personio manager: Managing all functionalities, access management, data accuracy and updating.
• Annual Performance cycle: Support, actively contribute ideas for improvements, participate in calibration sessions, and finish by drafting letters in a timely manner and processing changes in the system.
