Job Description
About Us:
Entyre is building the future of elderly care in the United States—and the fastest-growing elderly care company in the world. As we expand state by state, operational excellence, compliance, and trust are critical. To scale sustainably, we need HR operations that are precise, structured, and fast.
Position Overview:
As Senior HR Operations Manager, you own the operational backbone of HR in the US. You ensure HR runs reliably day to day and scales cleanly across multiple states. This role is for an operator who brings structure, enforces standards, and follows through.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable HR operations across the full employee lifecycle (employment agreements, policies, personnel records, HR documentation)
• Run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, ensuring consistent, compliant, high-quality experiences across states
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting with Finance
• Own and improve multi-state HR compliance across federal/state/local requirements (wage & hour, leave, new hire reporting, postings, documentation, background checks, required trainings)
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR operations and administration, and act as a sparring partner for escalations, including performance issues and terminations
• Enforce performance review cycles (tracking completion, driving deadlines, maintaining documentation, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution)
• Support immigration-related HR processes, including visa and green card coordination, partnering with external immigration counsel
• Liaise with external partners (benefits brokers, insurance providers, legal counsel, and other HR vendors)
• Lead and execute benefits open enrollment, ensuring tight timelines, clean employee communications, and accurate system updates
• Introduce best-in-class structure and automation into HR workflows, track key metrics, and manage employee review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Google)
