Who we seek:

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business goals and HR initiatives, working closely with leaders to foster a high-performing, engaged, and healthy organizational culture.
You will navigate the fast-paced nature of the tech world, supporting global teams and driving impactful people-centric programs.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders at all levels to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance, coaching, and data-driven insights to drive organizational success.

• Manager Support & Development: Partner with managers to enhance their leadership capabilities. Provide practical, real-time coaching on management challenges, team dynamics, and talent development.

• End-to-End Employee Relations: Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing a supportive environment while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and values.

• Employee Experience & Culture: Lead initiatives that boost engagement and wellbeing. Design and execute creative programs, from onboarding experiences to team-building and global celebrations, that reflect our unique culture and values.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an HRBP within a high-tech or startup environment.

• Proven experience supporting diverse employee populations globally; must have a deep understanding of the nuances involved in managing distributed teams across different regions and time zones.

• Excellent coaching and consultation skills. You have the "managerial courage" to challenge leaders when necessary while maintaining high trust and credibility.

• A proactive, "can-do" mindset. You thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and can execute high-quality results in short timeframes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew (at a professional global level).

• A collaborative spirit with experience working as part of a multi-functional HR team to achieve collective goals.

• A true passion for employee experience. You are someone who thinks outside the box to design innovative initiatives that enhance company culture.
