As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you act as a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team – particularly within the R&D organization – and actively shape an impactful, scalable HR Business Partnering function.
You work closely with the business, establish clear standards in collaboration, and ensure that HR is perceived as a true enabler of growth, performance, and organizational development. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are visible in driving operational excellence.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Strategic HR Business Partnering (R&D Focus):
You independently support selected business areas – especially within Engineering and R&D – and advise leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, as well as talent, performance, and change topics.
• Role Model in HRBP:
You set the benchmark for high-quality HR Business Partnering through clear, pragmatic consulting and strong execution.
• Business Sparring & Execution:
You translate business goals into concrete people initiatives and implement them effectively in collaboration with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development.
• Employee Relations:
You manage complex employee cases (e.g., conflicts, performance topics, separations) in a professional and solution-oriented manner, working closely with HR Operations and Legal.
• Organizational Development & Scaling:
You proactively identify organizational challenges and develop sustainable solutions to evolve teams, structures, and roles – particularly in the context of scaling R&D.
• HR Operating Model & Interfaces:
You collaborate closely with HR functions and ensure clear interfaces and efficient processes to maximize HR’s impact on the business.
• People Insights & Prioritization:
You leverage HR data and feedback to drive informed decision-making, set priorities, and implement high-impact initiatives.
