The Senior HR Advisor is a key role in our HR team and will play a part in building a first-class HR function that supports our people and our business and contributes to the success of Jera Nex BP. We offer a 6-12months fixed term contract.
In this role you will:
· Advise and coach leaders and line managers, providing expert advice and coaching on HR policies and processes, and driving a culture of high performance and engagement
· Deputise for HR Business Partners providing cover across the team and giving strategic support to senior leaders as required
· Manage complex case work including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness, flexible working and exits
· Support the HR Operations team with employee life cycle administration and the formulation and development of HR policies and contracts to ensure alignment with employment legislation and best practices
· Lead and support HR projects which focus on integration and evolving the HR function across L&D, performance, talent and engagement
· Provide data insights through reporting and analysis to inform business decision making
· Lead and support BAU processes such as the annual performance and reward cycle
