We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to lead the development of high-performance electronic hardware systems from concept to production. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with deep expertise in hardware circuit design and PCB layout development who thrives in hands-on engineering environments. You will play a critical role in translating product requirements into reliable, manufacturable, and scalable hardware solutions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop analog and digital hardware circuits based on product specifications
• Create detailed schematics and oversee multi-layer PCB layout design
• Ensure proper component selection considering performance, cost, and availability
• Perform circuit simulations and validate hardware performance against design requirements
• Optimize PCB layout for signal integrity, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware integration
• Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, and testing activities
• Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Support DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during validation and production stages
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth product ramp-up
• Document design processes, test reports, and technical specifications
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong hands-on experience in hardware circuit design (analog and digital systems)
• Proven expertise in PCB layout design, including multi-layer board development
• Proficiency with industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar)
• Deep understanding of signal integrity, power electronics, and high-speed design principles
• Experience with EMI/EMC design considerations and compliance standards
• Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab equipment
• Experience managing complete hardware development lifecycles from concept to production
• Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
